I doubt that they can not issue a replacement card. Also, I think it can be transferred out of the Emerald account, if you call HR or Axos (not sure which one, or how to do it). BUT, I was successful when inputting MY info. I received my income tax refund on a HR Block Emerald Card , which deducted the processing fee from the rebate.
Because the refund has a routing number assigned to the emerald card , will i get my stiumulus check deposited into HR Bank? The IRS is sending the checks. As of right now - there has been no clear information on the Emerald Card and the stimulus deposits.
